Die head
The mold head is designed for simulating the processing characteristics of TPU material, fully considering rheology, reducing melt pressure loss, short melt residence time, compliance with minimum and maximum shear stress within the film thickness, borderless instability, uniform elastic deformation, and no retention area.

Up rotation traction
Considering the excellent tensile elasticity of TPU film, the most important thing during the traction process is to maintain the stability of tension and minimize the traction force as much as possible. The entire traction system has been improved and designed with tension closed-loop control to achieve constant tension during traction and ensure stable tension.

Type III winding
Equipped with a multifunctional winding machine, it meets the requirement of low winding tension for TPU film. At the same time, a dedicated winding type frequency converter with tension control taper calculation function is used to drive the winding motor, ensuring stable tension and taper control during the winding process. In addition, the winding machine also has functions such as automatic core unwinding, automatic film breaking, automatic coil changing, automatic unwinding, and double cutting and double winding, effectively reducing the labor intensity of the operator.
